What we collect and why

When you visit the website

Our web server and our network and security provider, Cloudflare, process technical request data such as your IP address, browser type, requested page and time. We use it to deliver the website, keep it secure and investigate faults or abuse.

Analytics, only with your permission

If you select “Accept analytics”, we load Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are used and which buttons are clicked. Google Analytics sets cookies and receives information about your device and visit. We do not send form contents, names, email addresses, messages or calculator inputs to analytics. If you decline, or make no choice, Google Analytics is not loaded.

When you contact us or request a demo

The demo form asks for your name, work email, company, area of interest and a description of your operation. When you continue, your browser opens WhatsApp with a message containing those details. Nothing is sent until you press Send in WhatsApp, and the website does not store the form contents. If you phone, email or message us, we receive the details you share. We use enquiry details to reply, arrange a demonstration and discuss your requirements.

Why we are allowed to use it

We handle enquiry details because you ask us to respond and give your consent in the form. Analytics runs only on your consent. Server and security logs are used for our legitimate interest in running a safe, working website. Where a law such as India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 or the UK or EU GDPR applies, we rely on the matching legal basis.

Who receives it

We use a small number of service providers, each for its own part of the service: our website hosting provider, Cloudflare for network delivery and security, Google for analytics when you allow it, and WhatsApp (Meta) when you choose to message us there. WhatsApp and Google process data under their own privacy terms. These providers may process data outside your country, including in India, the United States and the European Union. We do not sell personal data or share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a business relationship record, then delete it when it is no longer needed. Server logs are kept only for a limited period for security and troubleshooting. Google Analytics data is kept for the retention period configured in our Google Analytics account.

Cookies and your choice

The website itself does not need cookies to work. Your analytics choice is saved in your browser’s local storage so we do not ask on every page. Google Analytics cookies are set only after you accept. You can change your choice at any time using , also available in the footer. Declining after accepting stops analytics loading on future pages; you can also remove existing cookies in your browser settings.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, update or delete your personal data, withdraw consent, object to certain uses, or nominate someone to act for you. We use HTTPS, restricted server access and reputable providers to protect the website. No method of transmission is completely secure. This website is intended for businesses and is not directed at children; we do not knowingly collect children’s personal data.

Scope of this notice

This notice covers the infinityremit.com website only. It does not cover data processed inside InfinityRemit software deployed for a customer operator; that processing is governed by the agreement with that customer, who is responsible for its own customers’ data.
