Illustrative workspace using synthetic data.

01

Onboard business clients

Clients apply, add company details, directors, beneficial owners and documents. Your compliance team reviews, requests information, rates risk and approves before accounts open.

02

Control who can pay

Each business manages its own team with owner, initiator, approver and viewer roles. Payments above a set limit wait for approval, with funds reserved meanwhile.

03

Hold unexpected incoming funds

Payments from unrecognised payers can be held until an invoice is uploaded and reviewed. Approved payers can skip the hold.

04

Price payments and conversions

Configure payment fees, including tiered and per-client fees, and FX pricing for currency conversions between a client’s accounts.

05

Keep a clear ledger

Balances are built from recorded entries, split into available and held funds, with statements, CSV exports and PDF confirmations.

06

Run the back office

Staff roles for compliance and operations, an audit log of significant actions, signed provider notifications and editable email and SMS templates.

Do client accounts come from InfinityRemit?

No. Accounts are opened through your own banking or e-money provider relationship. InfinityRemit provides the software and implements the provider connection against that provider’s API.

Is KYB automated?

The workflow supports structured manual KYB review by your compliance team. Automated KYB or screening checks can be added as an integration with your chosen provider.

Can each business have its own approval rules?

Yes. Each business sets its approval limit, and payments or new beneficiaries can require a second person to approve them.
