Follow the transfer, not just the payment
A transfer starts with a sender, a recipient, an amount and a destination. Software brings those details together with the applicable fee and delivery method. Staff can then follow its status and handle any review or payout steps.
Connect the teams involved
Branch staff need counter workflows. Compliance reviewers need customer context and alerts. Finance needs funding records and ledger entries. A connected platform keeps these responsibilities attached to the operation they support.
Distinguish software from payment access
A configured route is only part of delivering a payment. External providers also require onboarding, credentials, supported currencies and methods, and acceptance testing. Software does not itself grant the operator permission to offer financial services.
Start with your operating model
List the countries, currencies, branches and delivery methods you want to support. Add your compliance process, funding model and chosen providers. Those details make a useful starting point for a product demonstration and implementation scope.
