Branches carry out your operations
A branch can capture walk-in customers, create counter transfers and handle cash collection when its capabilities allow. Staff access is tied to the relevant branch and role. Country eligibility, corridor settings and funding controls determine which transactions it can perform.
Partners extend your delivery options
External partners connect to supported delivery methods. A corridor can use one provider for bank delivery and another for mobile-wallet delivery when those integrations are configured and validated.
Routing and fee sharing are separate
The delivery route selects how a transfer is handled. The fee-sharing configuration determines how the customer fee is allocated. An external partner can have a configured share of zero; choosing that partner does not automatically grant it a commission.
Keep the setup explicit
For each route, identify the sending and receiving countries and currencies, the enabled delivery method, the responsible branch or external partner, and the fee arrangement. Review these together before enabling customer transactions.
